An overall landscape plan be submitted for Design Revi.ew, • eastern t 'he , 4. � most be rotated so that the backyard abuts the b ackyar 1 of the house on Lewis Lane Be Site Plan: 10 The private road should incox porate a landscape island at the entrance in order to save an existing tree. 2. The Tualatin Fire Marshall has reviewed your plan and • offered the following suggestions That the cul de sac be deleted since t is too o i o small., to function and, enough off street parking be installed to prevent ° ( obstruction of the 24' wide road by vehicles. Keeping this 24' clear would allow the fire department to reach the end - �- unit and then back out at completion. The Fire Marshall, i • therefore, requested that in lieu of a 45' cul de sac, eac unit be provided with two parking spots and the whole development be allotted three or four visitor spots, the actual number being determined by staff. 3. The units should, be positioned on the site to allow , 19' driveways, 5' minimum side yard setback along the • property line, and adequate privacy for patios. 4.
