1. The site is zoned "C-3M" and designated "retail commercial

' y 2, On April 5, 1977 the Planning Commission approved a condi-
tional use permit to add a drive in' window to the existing •
building. Conditions attached for approval were that

there be an annual review of the traffic safety on SA.
Main Street beginning in June, 1977 and that a' landscr pe
plan for the Main Street frontage be submitted for staff
approval and RE-PAC review

II . STAFF FINDINGS :
1. The applicant has submitted a site plan showing the drive -
in window location, a landscaped area in front of the r
bank, and a relocation of an existing sign.
2 , No substantial architectural change will take place in the
building. Any material used will match. .
3. The landscape plan submitted. will enhance the property
and is in harmony with adjacent plantings.d

Conclusionar Findings :
