Two new curb cuts are being proposed for this phase . These tole curb cuts are proposed to be 105 feet wide and 45 feet wide . , It has, been Washington County Public Works Department and Tigard Planning Department policy that no curb cuts be wider than 40 feet (for industrial use) and that the number of curb cuts be ' minimized wherever possible . A curb cut permit should be ob- tained from the County prior to construction and one of the two curb cuts eliminated, If the southerly most curb cut is re- is tained, it must be no closer than 30 feet to the Bradbury Court right-of-way: Landscape islands are required 70 feet on center, a minimum of eight feet wide, in parking areas.
