On April 20, 1976 the Planning Commission approved a ,. conditional use permit for outside storage of wood pro- ducts . Conditions of that approval were :due , 1 . On December 7, 19 r6 the Planning Commission approved an amendment to the conditional use permit which allowed a sight obscuring fence rather than plant material with the following conditions • 1 .
