McMonagle at 5 :25 P.M.

of the minutes be tabled to the January 14th meeting.

Amendment to the architectural design of the Tigard
Medical Clinic to allow a 3 ' x 30 ' wall sign on the
west building face,
A. Staff Report :
Rather than read the prepared staff report , Bolen
reported that the applicant had earlier in the day
ti
agreed to remove the reader board and gift shop
portions of the sign. By so. doing, the Board' s •
previous concerns over these two elements of the r `
sign were eliminated.
B. Board Action :

Cook moved and Goldbach seconded to approve the
sign as modified . •

shown to be "Old Gold Juniper" 15 ' on center in bark
dust planting beds . This spacing of the low materials
