Loewer: Please be advised that the Tigard Design Review Board at their regular meeting of December 14, 1976 approved your request for a 10 unit apartment complex on S .W. McKenzie Street. This approval is subject to satisfying the following conditions : 1 . The parking lot be improved to City standards . 2. The Sugar Maple be 8-10 ' (1Z" caliper) . • 3. 2,000 square feet of recreation area to be provided (subject to staff approval) . The conditions attached must be fulfilled prior to issuance of building permits . This can best be done by amending the site plan. The architectural review was also approved with the con- dition that the covered parking be closed in on three sides with material and color matching the apartment building and roof being similar in material and pitch.
