Mr.
Dear
• Howard:
Our firm is ground leasing the subject property and our plans
. call. for the development of a small specialty shopping center
on the 3. 81 acres.
We understand that the City has plans :to run a secondary street
(approximately 50 feet in width) through the middle of our Prop-
erty in a north-south direction. The traffic signal, originally
planned for the intersection of Pfaffle and Highway 99W, will , now •
be moved further west So that it can control the new intersection
' to be formed by Highway 99W and the proposed arterial.
These plains are not objectionable to us, and in fact, may, enhance
' the p development. Potential traveling
otential customers tray
either' er easteorwest on vHigxwan99W'Will now have a better view of .
t
Highway
the center s the stop light situated
1 and easier ac,
at a mid- point along the property arather lthan its east edge,
We will be losing a third of an acre, however, so it is going to
be very im ortant from an economic standpoint s . gross lease-
,
_. nc.
,\ able area be kept the same as it was before talk that
the new road
commenced, Also r a rezoning of a small lot along Pfaffle street
will have to be accomplished.
