Box 23557 • Tigard, OR 97223 • • Dear Dick: We received a very nice letter from Nancy Edwards of your office advising us that we did a good job with our landscaping. I would like to express my personal thanks to you as well as your staff for the splendid cooperation you extended us during our tithe of need. I feel the element of trust you gave us was somewhat unusual in this day, and it was certainly appreciated. It's just a. damned shame that our neighbors at Williams Air Controls decided to build a prison farm around their property. I find it a terrible distraction. Eventually some of our iandsca-)ing will grow up above this fence, but a lot of the pri+etr low things will never be seen. Sin rely, f os eIDh. R.
