Applicant's Presentation Ray Martin stated that he agreed with the staff recommendations and that more pine trees can be ;; placed adjacent to the houses between his develop-- r' ment and t h e ad jacent subdivision on the north. Goldbach stated that either option "A" or nEtr along the freeway could be provided,—but that instead it be at the scale shown for option. BASIC FACTS .� / r, 1. This area is designated as "General Industrial" on the Tigard, Comprehensive Plan and zoned "M-4, Industrial Park". FINDINGS 1. The applicant has requested approval for enclosing an existing 4800 square foot covered loading dock at 11440 S.W. Tiedeman, 2. The exterior walls are unfinished concrete with three railroad loading docks on the west side. 3. The proposed building material is 26 galvanized prefinished sheet ro metal' siding (Gray-Green). 4.
