The building is a single -story building with exterior walls of reinforced concrete masonry units and a plywood- sheathed roof diaphragm. There is a portion of this wall near the cooler that has been previously removed that will be rebuilt in accordance with the direction of this drawing. Walls are to be constructed in place using the existing roof blocking and diaphragm attachment. Existing diaphragm is 5/8" plywood sheathing fastened with 10d nails at 6" o.c. edges and 12 ". Connections not specifically called out shall conform to table 2304.9.1 of the ORSSC. For this project, a portion of the original construction drawings were made available. A site visit was performed and construction appears to have completed in general accordance with the construction drawings.
