Twelve years ago my company entered into a lease agreement with Mr. Joe Chamberlain -

for a building which he built around our needs at 11576 S.W. Barbur Blvd. At the �,
time this building was erected, it was outside Tigard city limits. }
This property has recently changed ownership Mel Anderson, and��is 'now owned by Mr. Anderson,
who is oar new landlord. .
In our normal operating procedures, it is quite often necessary to place.a truck .
horizontally to our front dock in order to load or unload. It is also .necessary r', .
�" to use the complete limited parking area to load or unload by using a lift truck:
I hope yo u can visualize that, if you persist
your de mands for r flower planters

in this area, the complete warehouse and office space becomes totally unusable for ,
our operation.
This year of 1976 is the 200th anniversary of this great country, which was founded
around the theme of liberty and justice for all. I hope you people at Tigard City "
Hall take this into account and {reconsider your insistence that flower planters be
" placed in front of our leased building, as we do not look forward to being driven
out of this location by out resulting inability to fully and adequately operate.
