11. 32 acres and located within an M-2, General Industrial
Zone

1, The applicant proposes to construct a vehicle
testing facility to accomodate truck and trailer
•
test rigs. The proposed structure and access
drives are near an existing parking lot that does not
presently meet current Zoning Ordinance standards,
2. The staff has the following concerns related to
the applicant' s proposal
° The site is relatively flat and no topography is
shown on the site plan as required by Chapter
18, 50 ( Tigard Municipal Code) The City should have,
some assurance that drainage water will be carried
from the parking area, vehicle test area and from the
site efficiently. The submitted Plan should be
;•• reviewed and spproved by the City Public Works
Department.
