The subject site development plan dated 4/25/74 does not meet the following requirements Of the Tigard ` Municipal Code„ 18.26. 040 (1) - requires a minimum front yard of ten Feet landscaped and maintained.= • 16.58. 060 (1) - requires tree and shrub planting 70 feet on center each way within parking areas. 10.60.120 (b) (c) requires one parking space per 500 square feet gross floor area; plus'' one space for each establishment, plus one space p for each two employees ' using the applicants figures this would .
