The near proximity to the south and west supports sparsely scattered residences, The OEA development is under con- struction to the north. The area to the east beyond the Freeway 1 lies within Multnomah County. There is an existing, above ground storage reservoir. 58-5 feet in diameter on the site approved under CU 26-62. The request proposes to add a second reservoir of similar dimensions to the l property. 2.
