The site � , improvement drawings submitted adequately address the storm drainage and no public improvement permits will be required. '" However, questions with the sanitary sewer connection (side sewer) remain unresolved. The subject property is within the boundaries of a special sewer pay-back agreement (Farmers Underwriters Inc.- Georgia Pacific) which was created on October 28, 1968.
