The conditions related to sanitary and storm sewer facilities are imposed so
that each of the new parcels has access to the public system. Sanitary and

" The proposed development is an automotive service facility in {,
• which the sole service performed will be the lubrication - oil
changing and filter replacement •- of automobiles and light trucks. 1
The property is zoned CG and the proposed use is covered under
18. 62 . 030 (2) D. As such, 'it is a permitted use in the zone.
sulk oil only will be used and there will be no oil sold for off-
site use. Gasoline will not be sold on the site. All oil will
be stored in underground tanks.
A minor land 'oarttition has been applied for since the applicant' s
proposal will occupy only a portion of the existing site. Approval
of this is pending. The proposed land division will not, however,
increase the number of access points onto S.W. Pacific Highway,
since the plan calls for one access eaJement for all three sites.
