STANDARD FEATURES
EVAPORATOR COIL Constructed of copper tubes in a staggered tube pattern. Tubes are expanded into continuous corrugated
aluminum plate type fins. Galvanized steel condensate drain pan is located under the coil.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Single refrigeration circuit, includes an externally equalized expansion valve, filter drier, liquid line
solenoid valve, and quick - connect female couplings on both the suction and liquid lines. Each female coupling is provided with
an access valve connection. The module is precharged with refrigerant and sealed.
FAN ASSEMBLY Is a quiet, direct drive two-speed fan assembly with centrifugal type, double width, double inlet blowers, and
includes permanently lubricated bearings.
CONTROLS Micro Processor based design includes 8 key membrane keypad for set point and program control, unit on /off mounted
in a decorative enclosure for wall mounting.
CABINET AND CHASSIS The chassis is constructed of galvanized steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and is designed for
easy installation and service access. Painted removable exterior panels allow access to the electric box or refrigeration
components for service or maintenance. Return and discharge air grilles are heavy duty steel with baked enamel finish.
Discharge grille can easily be reversed to change air direction. Evaporator module is designed for either floor or wall mounting.
FILTERS Cleanable filters, located within the cabinet and serviceable without shutting down the system.
OPTIONAL FEATURES
REHEAT Electric low watt tubular reheat element with non - corrosive metal sheath provides one stage of non - ionizing reheat to
maintain room dry bulb temperature.
STEAM GENERATING CANISTER HUMIDIFIER Includes a replaceable steam generating canister with integral fill cup, fill and drain
valves, and built -in 1" (25.4mm) air gap (backflow prevention). System automatically fills and drains as well as maintains the
required water level based on conductivity.
PRECHARGED REFRIGERANT LINE SETS Consist of one liquid line and one insulated suction line of soft copper tubing. Both lines
are pre-charged with R-407C refrigerant. Each line has one male quick - connect coupling and one female quick- connect coupling
with an access valve connection. Available in 15 ft. (4.6m) and 30 ft. (9.1m) lengths for interconnection of remote located
condenser module. Maximum recommended line set distance between evaporator and condenser modules is 45 ft (13.7m)
CONDENSATE PUMP Has a capacity of 67 GPH (253 I /h) for 230V 60Hz units, 60 GPH (227 I /h) for 208V 60Hz units, or 55 GPH
(208 I /h) for 220V 50Hz units at 10 ft (30 kPa) of head. Pump is complete with integral float switch, discharge check valve,
pump, motor assembly and reservoir. Assembly mounts on the right end of the evaporator (indoor) module. Auxiliary pump float
automatically shuts off unit if pump discharge line clogs or pump fails.
REFRIGERANT - LINE SWEAT ADAPTER KIT Contains two suction and two liquid line compatible fittings that allow field- supplied
inter - connecting refrigerant lines to be used.
277 VOLT POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM Requires field installed transformer (37.5 amps) for evaporator module. For self contained
water /glycol system use one 37.5 amp transformer for 1 1/2 and 2 ton system and 50 amp for 3 ton system.
REMOTE TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY SENSORS Include sensors mounted in an attractive case with 30 ft. (9m) of cable.

GENERAL
BUTTON CONTROL allows full function modification of all running parameters. The 8 key membrane keypad includes on /off, fan
speed, menu, alarm silence, increase, decrease, escape & enter.
DISPLAY A 2 line x 16 character LCD which displays all monitoring, control, alarm, and diagnostic information.
ALARMS are displayed on the LCD display with audible alarm.
COMMON ALARM connections are provided at unit - mounted interface board for remote annunciation of unit alarms (compatible with SITE
SCAN).
STANDARD ALARMS
TEMPERATURE high and low thresholds are programmable between 35 °F and 95 °F (1.6 °C and 32.2 °C). The alarm indicates
excessive high or low return air temperature.
HUMIDITY high and low thresholds are programmable between 15% RH and 85% RH. The alarm indicates excessive high or low
room humidity.
HIGH HEAD Indicates a head pressure above factory preset point, and provides compressor cutout.
SHORT CYCLE ALARM Indicates the compressor has turned off -on -off at least 10 times in a one hour period.
LOSS OF POWER Indicates that a power interruption has occurred.
OPTIONAL ALARMS
HIGH WATER ALARM IS PART OF THE CONDENSATE PUMP OPTION.

current/thermal overloads, internal pressure relief, and operates at 3500 /2900RPM @ 60 /50Hz.
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Single refrigeration circuit, includes a high pressure switch, and suction and liquid line quick connect male
couplings. The module is precharged with refrigerant and sealed.
CABINET AND CHASSIS the chassis is constructed of galvanized steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and is designed for easy
installation and service access. Painted removable exterior panels allow access to the electric box or refrigeration components for service
or maintenance. The condensing module is designed for floor or wall mount.
UNIT WATER/GLYCOL CIRCUITS Includes a condenser, regulating valve, and piping. The circuit is designed for a maximum system
water /glycol pressure of 150 PSIG (1304kPa).
WATER/GLYCOL COOLED CONDENSER is a heavy duty high efficiency type counterflow condenser.
REGULATING VALVE is a pressure operated 2 -way water regulating valve that maintains accurate condensing temperature for various
entering water /glycol flow rates and temperatures.
