The elevator you have purchased for the Consumer Cellular project will be fully
compliant with all required code authorities. In Oregon, the code authority for the
elevator is the State of Oregon Elevator Division. The code enforced by the elevator
code is ASME A17.1 -2007.
The rule section you are interested in is rule 3.14 which points to rule 2.14 and the
specific rule is 2.14.2.1. Attached is a copy of the rule since you are providing the
flooring and it too, is required to be compliant with this section.
