GeoPacific Engineer, Jim Imbrie, has visited parcel 2 on December 22, 2004 and parcel 1 on January
4, 2005. The purpose or our visits were primarily-to review-the foundation excavation subgrade, end •
footing proximity to existing slope faces and t errace_cuts.
The footing subgrades generally consisted of
