Enclosed are signage drawings for the above - referenced space, which have been reviewed for compatibility
with Washington Square criteria. The signage is approved as noted. This plan has been sent to Jack
Reardon, General Manager, for review, and Tenant will be notified if further revisions are required. Tenant
is required to submit all signage drawings to the City of Tigard for permitting.
Review of this plan does not alter or modify Tenant's obligation to comply with all established building
requirements of Washington Square or with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations made by
governmental authorities, or with such terms and conditions required under lease. Any substitutions or
changes are subject to further approval and must be requested in writing.
Permits are Tenant's responsibility. Be certain plans are forwarded to the proper authorities for review.
Tenant construction will be subject to Landlord on -site review. A punch list may be forwarded to Tenant
