(JRR) of an inspector's concern regarding the necessity of a shearwall either along the living room sidewall or along the 6' -0° porch projection on sheet 2B for the above subject building. Upon review of the plans and calculations, JRR has determined a shearwall is not necessary along either the living room sidewall or at the porch projection, provided requirements as shown on sheets 2, 3A (3B if necessary) 4 & 5 are constructed per the approved plans.
