Could not verify 5/8" diameter anchor bolts due to accessibility. Received Engineers approval for as -built attachments. To the best of our knowledge, the special inspections referenced herein were performed by our firm in general accordance with the requirements, approved plans and specifications, provided change orders that impacted plans and/or specifications, and applicable workmanship provisions of the State Building Code and Standards.
