Your plans for the subject tenant improvement have been reviewed; the following items require
your attention.
1. The mall was constructed and designed utilizing alternate methods of design and
construction. Each tenant space regardless of area requires two exits. The second exit shown
on your plans passes through a storage room, this is not allowed under OSSC, Section
1004.2.2. In order to comply rated corridor. Provide details.
2. Provide Oregon Non - Residential energy code forms 5a through 5c. You can download these
forms from the web at, www.energy.state.or.us.
3. Show exit lighting and egress identification on drawing A1.0. OSSC, Section 1003.2.8.2.
4. Provide seismic calculations prepared by an Oregon licensed engineer for the new storefront.
OSSC, Section 1632.
5. Provide seismic calculations and attachment details for the stockroom shelving.
Provide two (2) sets of revised drawings and associate documents.
