I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank you" for choosing PSI to fulfill your Special
Inspection and Materials Testing needs on your project.
PSI has available a qualified staff of certified inspectors, and can provide you with all your inspection
needs. Your primary point of contact for scheduling inspections will be Mr. John Eakrnan at (503) 978-
4732. We request a 48 -hour notice so that we can efficiently supply the required personnel, but will
endeavor to fulfill last minute scheduling as required.
Here at PSI, we practice strong communication between our inspectors, project managers and clients.
Quality, detailed reports that have been reviewed by our project manager will be completed in an easy to
understand manner, and be promptly provided to you or your project manager and field supervisory
personnel. PSI field personnel will report observations of work in progress for project compliance, by
leaving on site reports, allowing the project contractor easy access to this critical information.
