Carlson Geotechnical (CGT) served as geotechnical engineer -of- record for the Hanson
Residence Pool located on Wagoner Place in Tigard, Oregon. Carlson Geotechnical assumed
the role of geotechnical engineer -of- record on August 23, 2002. Our site visits were completed
on an on -call, part-time basis between the dates of August 23, 2002 and October 4, 2002.
• Site Stripping and grading: On August 23, 26, 27 and September 5, 2002, CGT

Based on our field observations, the site was stripped and graded in general
accordance with our recommendations.
• Wall backfill and drainage: Based on our field observations of September 19
and 20, 2002 and our density testing of October 1 and October 4, 2002, the wall
backfill and drainage has been installed and prepared in general accordance with
our recommendations.
Based on our observations, as documented in our field reports, and to the best or our
knowledge, within our scope of work, the above geotechnical summaries accurately reflect our
observations. Our services were provided on an on -call basis, in which we relied on the
contractor to contact our office for the scheduling of our services. We cannot be held
contractually responsible for those items, if any, that we did not observe or test.
