I, Phillip Goold, as responsible person for 11650 SW 67 Ave,
Tax Map 1S136DD, Tax Lot 03900, agree to the following:
This temporary Certificate of Occupancy is hereby issued on a conditional
basis for a period not to exceed 30 days from this date, by which time the
following conditions must have been meet and approved by inspection by
the City of Tigard Building Department:
Permit BUP2000 -00446 must be completed and approved, including all
outstanding corrections, ancillary permits and fees. Specifically, the
corrections for the second floor landing guardrail, as -built drawings,
placement of compressors, and all electrical work.
I understand the City will withhold action until April 7, 2002.
Upon compliance with all above conditions, this case will be closed and the
permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued. I further understand
that if these conditions are not complied with fully, I may be served with a
Summons and Complaint without further notice for violation of requirements
set forth in the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (Final approval required
prior to occupancy).
