This letter is to inform you that the plans as submitted are not approved based on the following: WATER QUALITY /QUANTITY • Include Detail Sheet C2 as referenced for proposed Rain Garden design. • Include detailed planting plan for proposed Rain Garden. EROSION CONTROL • Provide detailed Erosion Control Plan. Please resubmit a complete, stamped and signed revised set of plans to Clean Water Services (CWS) for review. Once the resubmitted plans meet the above mentioned design standards, CWS will then authorize the issuance of a Storm Water Connection Permit.
