Dear Jim:
This is to inform you of the Owner's commitment to perform American's with Disabilities Act
(ADA) Parking Lot Improvements to the above referenced property in conjunction with the above
permit.
As we discussed, we have recently completed subsurface environmental work on the parking lot, and
had planned on asphalt repairs, laying down a new seal coat and parking lot restriping, when the
weather turns and the days are longer to minimize inconvenience of this work to our tenants.
We will commit to having the ADA parking lot portions of this work completed with our restriping on
or prior to July 31, 1996.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and allowing the permit to be released for Subway to
commence their work subject to the provisions of this letter. Please feel free to call me with any
questions or comments you may have.

Dear David:
Based on our walk through at Greenway Town Center, the attach site map describes the
handicap parking upgrades that we discussed. These upgrades include the following
features:
1. A total 5 H/C stalls for approx. 115 stalls.
2. Each std H/C stall will be a min. 9' wide, with a min. 6' wide access aisle.
3. Each VAN stall will be a min. 9' wide, with a man. 8' wide access aisle.
4. Each H/C stall shall be at least 17' long.
5. Each H/C stall will have an Oregon approved sign.
6. Each VAN stall will also have a 'Wan- accessable" sign.
7. There shall be a defined walkway from each access aisle to the curb ramp. .
8. Each of the 3 building areas shall have at least 1 VAN stall.
Our bid for these handicap upgrades is - $693.00
Pavement Maintenance, Inc. is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Oregon contractor #
97886. This work can be scheduled for a mutually agreeable time, subject to weather,
existing work schedule and other conditions beyond our control. You can reach me
