Dear Mr. Norby,
Per your discussion earlier today with Mark VanDomelen, Plans Examiner, enclosed are
copies of permits reprinted for corrections made to the permits issued for the above
referenced lots. The permit records have been amended as follows:
MST2004- 00210, issued for 9486 SW Tillie Ln., Kessler Estates No. 2, Lot 24
MST2004- 00211, issued for 9481 SW Tilhe Ln., Kessler Estates No. 2, Lot 23
It was brought to our attention by one of the homeowners that the plans on record for his
lot were actually the plans constructed on the adjacent lot. An investigation of our
records show that the applicant submitted the correct site plans, however the building
plans were not attached to the correct application and the building data on the application
was incorrect.
The inspectors confirmed that the building plans were switched in the field and the
address was changed on the field copy, however no one notified the building division to
° amend records in the office. In addition, the plans were "reversed" plans of the actual
two -story structures that were constructed on both lots. The City of Tigard's policy does
allow for "reversed" plans, however they cannot exceed one -story in height.
Mark VanDomelen has contacted Washington County to inform them of the corrections
and all City records have been amended. If you have any questions please contact Mark
