APPROVAL RECEIVED.
Dear Adam and Lori,
Congratulations and thank you for your cooperation in resolving the issues concerning your
conversion of 9780 SW Tigard St. from residential to commercial use.
This confirms that as of May 6, 2010, each of the issues has been corrected and the property
has been brought into full compliance. Specifically, approval for the change from residential
to commercial use has been awarded under our permit SDR2008- 00005; the required
building and site modifications have been addressed under our permits BUP2009- 00191,
SIT2009- 00019, and ENG2009- 00005; and connection to the public sanitary sewer has been
addressed under our permits PLM2009 -00216 and SWR2009- 00080. As of May 6, 2009, all
of these permits have received final inspection approval.
Accordingly, the violation of Conversion from Single Family Residential to Commercial use
without SDR approval cited under CE02008 -00120 has been corrected. Because of your
prompt and voluntary cooperation in having the required corrections completed and the
property brought into compliance the City of Tigard is pleased to assess no penalties and
herewith declares this case to be closed.
