CONTRACTOR ACTIVITY. OBSERVATIONS, CONCLUSIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS.
I made this visit at the request of Don Durst (as communicated to Brad Hupy PE, GE) to observe foundation
excavation subgrade conditions for single - family home construction on Lot S located at 13369 SW Ouzel Lane.
While on site, I spoke with Mr Durst over the phone
At the time of my site visit, the foundation excavation had been completed to an approximate depth of 2 to 4 feet,
and foundation forms were partially set I observed the subgrade soils visually and probed the near surface soils
with a steel shaft probe. The subgrade consists of native, clayey silt soil with a very-stiff consistency
Based on our observations and probing, the subgrade has been prepared in general conformance with theproject
specifications and NW GEO Consultants LLC recommendations, and should perform as intended for sup. art of
single - family home foundations as specified in our geotechnical report, dated March 5, 2012 The exc •vation
subgrade is ready for placement of foundation forms
