This letter is to request and exception to OSSC 1103.1 as the ADA transition from the
sidewalk to the public way is topographically infeasible to gain proper, slope. - The height
difference is approximately 1.5 feet higher at the sidewalk than the public way.
As well, we would like to point out that the ADA access has been provided with "Van
Accessible" space at the building.
