All rated assembles comply. All such assemblies are protected by tight fitting smoke — and draft- controlled having a fire protection rating of not less than 20 minutes when tested in accordance with UBC Standard 7 -2, Part II. The doors and frame shall bear an approved label or other identification showing the rating thereof, followed by the letter "5", the name of the manufacturer and the identification of the service conduction the inspection of materials and workmanship at the factory during fabrication and assembly. Doors shall be maintained self-closing. Draft- control assemblies shall be provided with a gasket installed so as to provide a seal where the door meets the stop on both sides and across the top. Depending on the size of the proposed equipment additions, I would recommend you liaison with your contractor the requirements of OMSC, Section 304.2 (Architectural Response] The General Contractor and his HVAC sub - contractor have been informed of this suggestion. HVAC is bidder designed and will be submitted under separate cover, separate permit DEFERRED SUBMITTALS: [City of Tigard Comment] 1. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical require separate application, plan and permits (Architectural Response] Mechanical, plumbing and electrical trades will provide the City under separate cover, full and complete permit applications. ENVIRONMENTAL AIR: [City of Tigard Comment] 1 Provide details on how you will comply with OSSC, Chapter 12 [Architectural Response] Building occupants shall be provided with light and ventilation as set forth in OSSC, Chapter 12, or the principles of environmental technology specified in ASHRAE Standard 62 -1989 including ASHRAE Addendum 62a -1990, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality, for occupancy ventilation. HVAC bidder designed documentation will address mechanical air, air quality, and occupancy ventilation. HVAC design and plan documents will be submitted for permitting under deferred submission.
