The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSS C)
2004 edition; the State of Oregon Oregon Residential Specialty Code ORSC) 2005 edition
and the Tualatin ValleyFire &Rescue Ordinance 99 01(1V.PR99 - 01) 1999 edition. The
submitted plans have been reviewed and the following information is required prior to
issuance of the permit.
1) Size and spacing of job framed rafters not on plans.
2) What size is the ridge beam at bedroom # 3.
