SUBJECT: SWR2003- 00334/SWR2003- 00374, Brewed Awakening, 11945 SW Pacific Hwy
A plumbing permit, PLM2003- 00457, was taken out to connect an existing expresso shop to a
private sewer line. SWR2003 -00334 was created and it charged for (1) sink. The permit was
paid for and issued on 9/3/03. Apparently the sink was actually to be installed under a future
permit, PLM2003- 00530, along with other fixtures.
Since the sewer permit fees for SWR2003 -00334 had already been collected, it was determined
that an adjustment would made to SWR2003 -00374 to reflect the fees that had been paid under
SWR2003- 00334.
