NOTES:
Krazan was onsite as requested to perform continuous weld inspection of 3/8" fillet welds as required by AWS
D1.1 -02. Krazan was on standby for an hour and a half waiting for piece to arrive from fabricators. Piece erected
after arrival, T.S. 6 x 6 x 1/4 welded to T.S. 6 x 6 x 1/4 columns with 3/8" fillets, and to (3) through bolt anchored
12 x 12 1/2 plates with 3/8" flare bevel fillets per approved plans.
Note: Approved plans call for 3/8" fillets all around at horizontal T.S. to columns T.S. connection, but only 3
sides out of 4 possible for weld due to access. Engineer contracted and verbally accepted (3) welded sides,
paperwork will be faxed to Krazan. Work observed per plans and specifications.
To the best of my knowledge, the above was in accordance with the Uniform Building Code, approved plans and
specifications, and local regulatory requirements.

NOTES:
Krazan was onsite as requested to perform high strength bolting and welding onsite. Area of inspection of new
tool center roof level, addition of new W14 x 22 beams, stub columns, struts, and welded beam clips. Also
verified welds at new T.S. braces. (1) Beam not yet installed, under existing W14, concrete column must be
removed prior to beam erection. Beam clip already installed and verified. All bolting of A325 -N complete, snug
tight requirement only. Work observed per approved plans and project specifications.
To the best of my knowledge, the above was in accordance with the Uniform Building Code, approved plans and
specifications, and local regulatory requirements.
