I have not been able to confirm receipt of a survey or recorded legal agreement between the
property owners for lot line adjustment at your Tigard Promenade project site. Related permits are
listed below:

As soon as the lot line adjustment document is nailed down, we will be able to issue all permits,
except the design -built systems that are pending application for electrical, restricted energy (any and
all systems) and fire protection. Please instruct your sub -trade contractors to submit complete
applications as soon as possible. Applications received after July 1, 1996, require the applicant to
provide copies of their CCB, specialty license (Oregon) and receipt of business tax paid to City of
Tigard or Metro.
If we discover that the survey has already been received and approved I will notify you as soon as
