Whereas, the New Property is substantially larger than the Property and all portions of the New Property are within the Dartmouth LID; Whereas, the City has calculated the portion of the assessment that the New Property is responsible for, using the apportionment method used to impose the final assessment; Whereas, the amount of the final assessment on the Property was $441,659.69 and the outstanding balance is currently $393,473.42. Whereas, using the apportionment method used to impose the final assessment, the New Property is responsible for $1,365,397.32 of the outstanding balance; Now, therefore: The assessment lien on the Property is hereby segregated as follows: 2S101BA00101 -- $1,365,397.32 (Owner Pacific Realty Associates, LP) • The City claims a lien on the property in the amount stated above, plus any interest or penalties imposed by the City with respect to any installments which are not paid when due. The segregated lien was entered in the City's lien docket on July 19, 2005 and may be recorded in the Washington County lien records in accordance with ORS 93.643.
