Proceed immediately with the following at no change in the Contract
Time or the Contract Sum. If you believe this Supplemental Instruction
requires a change in either the Contract Time or Contract Sum, contact
the Architect within five days of receipt and do not proceed with the
following. Otherwise, this change(s) shall be binding to the Contract.
1. Delete GENERAL CASEWORK NOTE #16 on sheet A5.1 regarding tot - locks.
2. Change REFLECTED CEILING PLAN 1 /A6.1. per SK-A6.14, SK- A6.1 -2, &
SK-A6.1-3. Gypsum board ceilings to be deleted at all locations in suite (except at front
entry) due to Providence standards. Change reflected ceiling plan at EXAM ROOMS
208, 210, & 211 due to excessive light fiximes. Change reflected ceiling plan at OFFICE
207 for improved layout.
3. Please verify that toilet and all accessories within suite match building standards.
