Subject: Demolition Permit
Jim Milne, FG & T Construction, will be coming in sometime next week to get a commercial demolition
permit for a future tenant improvement. He has talked to Bob P, and all he needs is a straight forward -- .
demo permit. The permit fee will be based on the demolition cost, no plan review fees or erosion fees
need to be assessed. He is to bring in two floor plans showing what is being demolished. One is to stay
with our building file, the other one should be attached to his copy of the permit and go out to the job site

for the inspector to see. This plan does not need an approval stamp, it is for information only. The
required inspections are: Miscellaneous and Final.
Hap talked to Jim and has determined that we will not do a plumbing permit at this point as they are
basically abandoning the plumbing.
If you have any questions on this please let me know. -
