The total cost exceeds the twenty five percent allowance for the tenant improvement at 12266 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. (Sew n Vac space) The allowance for this project totals $1,625.00, the overall upgrades projected will be over $9,875.00 It is my understanding that this study and corresponding ADA upgrades on the exterior will be in replacement of the ADA restroom upgrade as indicated under permit, # RUP1`7vP.5' The difference of $8,250.00 will be applied towards the structural beam and buildin repairs already under permit. These repairs will replace the restroom upgrade that is currently under permit. I have forwarded this information to Larry Oeth of Group Mackenzie and to Steve Burg of Mercury Development.
