August 18, 1997 Mr. Jim Funk Plans Examiner City Of Tigard 13125 SW Hall Blvd. Tigard, Or. 97223 Re: ADA Improvements Following is the estimated costs for the ADA improvements at Greenway Town Center. The total cost exceeds the twenty five percent allowance for the tenant improvement at 12266 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. (Sew n Vac space) The allowance for this project totals $1,625.00, the overall upgrades projected will be over $9,875.00 It is my understanding that this study and corresponding ADA upgrades on the exterior will be in replacement of the ADA restroom upgrade as indicated under permit # 1UPTj703d.s The difference of $8,250.00 will be applied towards the structural beam and building repairs already under permit. These repairs will replace the restroom upgrade that is currently under permit. I have forwarded this information to Larry Oeth of Group Mackenzie and to Steve Burg of Mercury Development. Thank you for your considerations in this matter. Sincerely, /nom- Mark D.
