Once the line ie in the vicinity of flW Gaarde Street, it meanders further to the east before' heading north again (it should also be noted the line increase in size to 10 inches). The master sanitary sewer plan calls for th! s area to be served by at 10 inch line running along SW Gaarde Street This line would connect with the existing line that is approximately 400 feet to the east of this pr eerty. An alternative is to extend the line that runs along SW 112t70 Avenue. This would require the applicant to obtain an eanenient from a private land owner so the line could be extended. The Engineering Department would be willing to work with the applicant in obtaining the recquirec easement. If uhe alternative route is chosen, it would p development to the west. Inn, addition, this not preclude a�evelo �e would not be in conduct wi th the master plan and would be an acceptable alternative. Therefore, the applicant should be required to extend the p ry sewer line to the west property line of public ss,n�.ta p the site. Although there are two alternatives, as detailed above, it would appea7e that the best alternative is to extend the line from SW 112th Avenue.
