RE: Morninghill Lot Line 0. ,) Adjustment for Lot 1E, Dear Liz : • As we discussed on the phone, Wedgwood Howes will be constructing a house for a handicapped veteran on Lot I.R in the Morninghill Subdivision. The design standards for handicapped . persons require additional floor area than tbe averaged sized house. This resulted in a slight encroachment of the building into the minimum side yard area. In order to resolv, the problem, we are proposing to adjust the common property line between Lots 18 and 19 (see attacted diagram) . The adjustment will sift the common lot corner for Lots, 18 and 19 easterly by 13 feet along the rear property line of Lot 19. This reduces the rear property line dimension for Teit 19 from 63 to 50 feet. The corresponding increase in side yard area for Lot 18 will then contain sufficient space to meet the minimum side yard setback for the handicapped vt...teran' s home.
