o Dick Ausman, architect or the project, stated
that the traffic circulation patterns for the site ';
needed further study and that other comparable
roller rinks do not use as much off-street parking
as our code requires. Ausman further stated that
• the site was well-suited for this type of proposed

use. He stated that the traffic genera+ed by the
roller rink would not be at the usual peak hairs
' and that the traffic impact of the proposed rink
would be less intense, particularly at those hours,

than the former use, which was a supermarket.
o Popp asked the applicant the hours of operation.

o Mrs. Hagan, speaking on behalf of the applicant,
staked her reason for lanting to divide the parcel
into two lots She further stated that an engineer
had recently surveyed the property and the survey
map indicated a 50 ft. right-of-way.
o Staff stated that the county tax map shows only
30 ft. of right-of-way.

o Staff recommended approval, with the following
