the questions brought up at your meeting of July 16th
of your Planning Commission on the above project .

The "site of the proposed building" is being transferred
from the present owner to U.8. Natural Resources who
win be the new owner and builder of the proposed new

U.S. Natural Resources owns the business of Irvington-
Moore which is conducted in buildings 1, 2, and 3, but
the ;Land for these buildings is owned by separate owners.

Irvington-Moore enclosed and dated July 18, 1973, shows
a total of 163 employees in any one shift including office
based salaried employees.
Enclosed herewith is plan 7303 Sheet P-1, which shows a
total of parking spaces on the existing buildings 1, 2,
and 3 amounts to 157 spaces . In addition, the proposed
new building shows 32 spaces, totaling 189 spaces for
both pieces of land:.
This complies with our Standard of Tigard Municipal Code
calling for one space per employee.

This matter, as you can see from the differing ownership,
is between the City of Tigard and the present land owner. a'
As a matter of policy regarding the existing land owner, ;
U.S. Natural Resources will be very interested 3n amain-
taining existing standards of the quality of the new office "
building and would cooperate, we are sure, on this point .
Point 4 - "The applicant currently violates the provisions
;3f a previous conditional use approval in outdoor storage. . . '
This question is similar to point 3 above and should be
handled with a different owner from U.S. Natural Resources '
