By reducing the lot size, the lot or structures(s) en the lot well not be in violation of the site development: or zoning district :regulations for that district; and 3. the resulting parcels are in conformity with the dimensional standards of the zoning district. The proposed lot line adjustment is consistent with these standards No new lot would be created through the adjustment. There is no minimum lot area required by the General Commercial zoning district. Both parcels will continue to exceed the 50 foot average lot width standard of the zone. All buildings on both parcels will continue to meet or exceed the minimum required setbacks of the General Commercial zone.
