The size and setback of this structure are consistent with Section 18.144

B. ANALYSIS AND CONCLUSION 1
• '' The size and setback of this structure are consistent with Section 18,144
of the Community Development Code (CDC). This section permits an
`s • w accessory structure of up to 500 square feet when a lot is under 2.5 0
I• acres. Setbacks must also be at least S feet from the side and rear
property lanes. The applicant's 475 square foot structure conforms to

expan ion of a non-conforming use. It was determined that placing the

A second concern involves the future plans for the area and means to

development of the area revolves around the willingness of an adjacent
property owner to share r
