Under provisions of chapter l�0 52v 0�
Code, any use held by the p lannin commission to be simnel to
the explicity identified conditional uses allowable in an ''`
M-4 zone may be granted a conditional use permit.
An application for a conditional use permit has been received
for a fabricator of hun,re doors to locate in Tigard Industrial <,
P 9
Park.
An interview held today with the applicant has revealed that
qi hip intention is to assemble premilled door jambs, doors,
and hardware into prehung units, No wood machining or milling
however, in this zone.

It is the staff ' s contension that this activity is less intensive
than furniture manufacturing or any of several other activities
allowable either outright or by permit in the M-4 zone„
