Recommended sending back to Planning Commission until extension of Murray Road is resolved. Should anything happen to our building, we would be unable to rebuild it as it exists with the new zoning. The city has changed our zoning on tax lot 100 to CP (commercial and Professional) which could seriously impact any P original site. In addition, expansion we may., wish to Pursue on our on in 1983 we purchased tax lots 200 and 1100 which are continguous to our land. This land was purchased with the thought that it may, at some time in the future, be advantageous for us to own for expansion P ur e of this purchase we believad the land to be P oses A t the time zoned M2 and M4, and that it too would ba subject to the original' planning review for a P.U.D.
